Coach Thomas Inks Caleb Lynn as First Signee in 2015 Class

Coach Adam Thomas signed third baseman, Caleb Lynn, from Smiths Station High School last week as the first in what should be a very talented 2015 Class.  Caleb is the youngest of three Lynn brothers that have played at Chattahoochee Valley, with oldest brother Dan graduating last year, and middle brother, Tyler, a sophomore on the 2015 club.

Caleb LynnThe left handed hitting Lynn will provide some offensive thunder for the middle of the lineup.  Projected to play 3B for the Pirates, Lynn’s versatility will give Coach Thomas the ability to play him at multiple positions.

Coach Thomas had this to say, “We are extremely excited to have Caleb on board with us.  It has been a pleasure coaching all of the Lynn boys and becoming friends with his family.  Caleb is an All State caliber player, and will be a dynamic addition to our club that is graduating literary the entire infield.  He should step in and contribute right away.”

As a junior at Smiths Station, Caleb hit .414, with 54 hits, 5 homers, 18 doubles, with 39 RBIs.
